Call for papers
The call for abstracts is now available. So, you are invited to submit an abstract, before January 15, 2020, indicating the way in which you would like to present the paper: oral or poster presentation. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept any paper in the form of a poster only. Please follow the on-line form for registration and submission of abstracts. Before the submitting the abstract, all participants required to register their selves , the presenting author will be notified whether the abstract has been accepted, and if so, of the proposed type of presentation (oral or poster). The abstracts book will be handed over to the participants on the day of the conference. One delegate may only contribute one abstract and one registered participant can present only one paper.
General guidelines for preparing the abstract:
The Abstracts must be original unpublished work. Abstracts must be written in English. It should not exceed 400 words, It should include title not exceed 75 characters (12 pt, Bold, Upper case), Author(s) & affiliations, Materials and methods, results and conclusions. Name of the presenting author should be underlined. The text should be single spaced 10 pt, Times New Roman all through. The names of author(s) should be written as followed " Family name , First name " .
Instructions for oral presentation
Each oral presentation is strictly limited to 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of discussion. Hand over your saved information (CD or Flash memory) to the organizers at least 15 minutes before starting the session. Data Show will be available.
Instructions for poster presentation
Poster presentations should be in English. The maximum poster size is 80 cm wide and 150 cm high, and is preferably in A0 format. Title, author(s) names and affiliation should be included at the top of the poster. The poster should consist of objectives, methods, results and discussion. It should be clear, simple and self explanatory: although time will be reserved for poster viewing and discussion, posters must be understandable in the absence of the author. All figures and tables must have headings, labeled axes and legends. Lettering should be legible from a distance of 1 m. participants are responsible for hanging posters and removing them at the end of the symposium. Materials for poster hanging will be provided by the poster secretary.
